This ordinance revises definitions for land use and subdivision regulations, corrects misspellings, revises pool performance standards, revises building design requirements in the Power Generation Industrial and Industrial Park Districts, prohibits private streets and alleys in subdivisions and adds a notice of violation to Right of Way Regulation.
A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
