Chapter 13 Right-of-Way Regulation

This ordinance establishes a chapter dedicated to City of Becker Right-of-Way regulation including Small Cell Wireless Facilities. The ordinance covers new definitions relating to Right-of-Ways, regulations for use, management and restoration of the City Right-of-Ways, permitting requirements for excavation/obstruction of Right-of-Way's and Small Cell Wireless Facilities among other statutory requirements.

A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall any Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
