This ordinance update addresses changes to state law permitting off-sale of intoxicating liquor on Sundays and prohibiting certain deliveries on Sunday. This ordinance update becomes effective on July 1st, 2017 upon its passage and publication.

A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall any Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
