Energy City Solutions, Inc., concerning Certificate of Title No. 10013 issued for land in Sherburne County, Minnesota, legally described as:

GRANT A. VANSTEENWYK, ANTHONY VELISHEK, CROSSCOUNTRY MORTGAGE, LLC AND MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ALL OCCUPANTS OF THE PROPERTY, AND ALL OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES lJNKNOWN CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE, ESTATE, INTEREST OR LTEN UPON THE REAL ESTATE LISTED TN THE CAPTION
A Petition and Report of Examiner of Titles are filed in the above entitled case, brought under Minnesota Statutes Chapter 508 or 508A. You were identified in the Petition or the Report of Examiner of Titles as a party who may have an interest in the above-described land affected by the Order below. If you object to entry of the Order, you must show cause, if there is any, why this Court should not enter the Order. To object to entry of the Order, you must file an Answer, and pay the filing fee or an order waiving the filing fee, or send a letter to the Examiner of Titles at the address shown below by September 10, 2021 (“the deadline”). No response or action is required if you have no objection to the Order. If you do not file an Answer or send a letter to the Examiner of Titles, the Order may issue with no further notice to you.
ORDER:
That the Registrar of Titles, upon the filing with her of a certified copy of this Order, cancel Certificate of Title No. 10013 and enter a new Certificate of Title for the land therein described in favor of Anthony Velishek, 1641 Hiawatha Avenue, Big Lake, Minnesota 55309, subject to the memorial of Document No. 58182, but free from all other memorials now appearing on the present Certificate of Title, the last of which is Document No. 59290, and free also from the memorial of this Order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that a copy of this Order to Show Cause and a copy of the Petition be served:
(a) at least 21 days before the deadline upon the above-named parties residing in this State in the manner provided by law for the service of Summons in a civil action;
(b) at least 21 days before the deadline upon each of the above-named nonresidents and foreign corporations, partnerships, or associations that cannot be found for service in the state by personal service out-of-state, or in the alternative, by two weeks published notice of the Order to Show Cause and by sending a copy of this Order and the Petition at least 24 days before the deadline by first class mail to the non-resident's or foreign entity's out-of-state post office address; and
(c) upon each of the above-named parties who cannot be found by two weeks published notice of the Order to Show Cause and by sending a copy of this Order and the Petition at least 24 days before 1he deadline by first class mail to the last known address of the party and by sending another copy of this Order and the Petition at least 24 days before the deadline by first class mail to the address of such party as stated on the Certificate of Title if an address is so stated.

Lot 1, Block 5, Lane J Thomas Lake View Addition, Township of Big Lake, Sherburne County, Minnesota, according to the plat thereof on file and of record In the Office of the registrar of Titles in and for Sherburne County, Minnesota.
Reserving to the State of Minnesota minerals and mineral rights.
AND
All that part of Government Lot 3, Section 13, Township 33, Range 28, Sherburne County, Minnesota that lies Southeasterly of the Southeasterly line of Hiawatha Avenue as laid out In the duly recorded plat of Lane J Thomas Lake View Addition, said Sherburne County; that lies Southwesterly of the Southeasterly extension of the Northeasterly line of Lot 1, Block 5 of said plat; and that lies Northeasterly of the Southeasterly extension of the Southwesterly line of said Lot 1.
