NOTICE OF CARTWAY ESTABLISHMENT HEARING
BIG LAKE TOWNSHIP
SHERBURNE COUNTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the town board of Big Lake Township, Sherburne County, Minnesota will conduct a public hearing on the 24th day of March, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at the Big Lake Township Town Hall located at 21960 County Road 5, Big Lake, MN 55309 for the purpose of considering and acting upon a petition it received calling for the establishment of the following described road:
A 33-foot easement for ingress and egress and utility purposes over that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter both in Section 36, Township 33, Range 27, Sherburne County, Minnesota, said easement lying southerly and easterly of the following described line:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence easterly, along the north line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, a distance of 764.36 feet to a point 33 feet west of the west line of TWIN PINES SOUTH 2ND ADDITION, according to the recorded plat in Sherburne County; thence northerly, parallel with said west line to the intersection with the north line of the South 33 feet of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence easterly along said north line to said west line of TWIN PINES SOUTH 2ND ADDITION.
The sidelines of said easement are to be prolonged or shortened to terminate at the west line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and at the north line of the South 33 feet of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter.
The tracts of land through which said road passes and the owners and occupants thereof, as nearly as we can determine, are as follows:
- Parcel ID 10-136-2105, owned by 2tlc, LLC, and legally described as:
Outlot A, Twin Pines South 2nd Addition, Sherburne County, Minnesota
And
East Half of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E ½ of E ½ of NW ¼) lying south of U.S. Highway No. 10, in Section 36, Township 33, Range 27, Sherburne County, Minnesota EXCEPT that part platted as Twin Pines South and Twin Pines South Second Addition and EXCEPT that part platted as Farm Services Addition.
- Parcel ID 10-136-3101, owned by 2tlc, LLC, and legally described as:
The Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 33, Range 27, Sherburne County, Minnesota
