Notice is hereby given per Minnesota Statutues, Chapter 116, that Eilers Brothers Limited Partnership has made application to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency or to the County of Sherburne for a permit to construct or extend a feedlot with a capacity of 500 animal units or more.

 

The existing or proposed feedlot will be located at 11509 77th Street, Section 11 T34N R29W, Parcel ID 05-311-2000, Clear Lake, Minnesota. The existing feedlot consists of 1060 animal units of cattle. The existing facility consists of open lots. The proposed facility consists of a catch basin for manure. The total animal unit capacity will be 1060 animal units.

This publication shall constitute as notice to each resident and each owner of real property within 5000 feet of the perimeter of the proposed feedlot as required by Minnesota State Law.
