The Supervisors of the Baldwin Township will receive Bids at the Town Hall of Baldwin Township, 30329 128th Street, Princeton, MN 55371 until 10:00 A.M. on April 19th, 2021 for:
Estimated Quantities
Mill Bituminous 3,049 SY
Shouldering Aggregate Class 6B 154 TON
9.5 Wearing Course Mixture 1,911 TON
Topsoil Borrow 143 CY
and other necessary Appurtenances,
according to plans and specifications as prepared by Bogart, Pederson & Associates, Inc., 13076 First Street, Becker, MN 55308.

All bids shall be accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond, or certified check payable to the order of Becker Township for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid.
The Township Supervisors reserve the right to reject all bids or any alternatives; to hold bids for sixty (60) days; to accept any bid which, in the opinion of the Township Supervisors, serves the best interest of the Townships; and to waive any minor irregularities.
The bids will be opened on April 19th, 2021 at 7:30 P.M. at the Town Hall of Baldwin.
The bids will be considered by the Township Supervisors at the Town Hall at 7:30 P.M. on April 19th, 2021 for Baldwin Township.
