NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Lynden Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at 6:00 PM at the Lynden Town Hall, 21367 County Road 44, Clearwater MN 55320 to consider a variance application submitted by Donald Hagmann. The variance seeks to bring in to compliance the garage setback from the road centerline. A Sixty-three (63) foot setback is required by Stearns County Ordinance #439, Section 9.9.9, adopted by reference within Lynden Township Ordinance #7. The subject property(s) is ID #19.10204.0000, further described as: .21 A. FR .21 A. of Gov Lot 1 Known as Tract 4, within Section 06, Township 121, Range 027. The subject property address is 927 Belview Road, South Haven MN 55382.
