DKD Construction, Inc. and Tri-County Action Program, Inc. will be accepting bids for Sub-Contractors and Material Suppliers for the construction of a new single-family home to located in the City of Big Lake. Bids will be accepted until 4:30 P.M. Tuesday July 8, 2014 at the office of Tri-County Action Program, Inc., P.O. Box 683, 1210 23rd Avenue South, Waite Park, MN.

Attention is called to the fact that this is a federally funded project and that the contractor must insure that the employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, sex, national origin, age, marital status or status with regard to public assistance or disability. HUD Section 3 requirements are in force and Section 3 contractors are encouraged to bid.
DKD Construction, Inc. and/or Tri-County Action Program, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
Bids may be held by DKD Construction, Inc. for a period not to exceed 45 days from the date of the opening of the bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders, prior to awarding the contract.
