NOTICE OF AND ORDER FOR HEARING ON PETITION FOR FORMAL ADJUDICATION OF INTESTACY, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, FORMAL APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS  

It is Ordered and Notice is given that on the 3rd day of May, 2022, at 11:00 a.m., a remote hearing will be held in this Court at Elk River, Minnesota, for the adjudication of intestacy and determination of heirship of the Decedent, and for the appointment of Kimberly Jean Dailey, whose address is 109 Becker Avenue North, Sebeka, MN 56477, as personal representative of the estate of the decedent in an unsupervised administration.

Due to Supreme Court Order ADM20-8001, any objections to the petition must be mailed, e-mailed, or filed on the Court’s electronic filing system, together with a filing fee, prior to the above date. If the petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the personal representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate, including the power to collect all assets, pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses; sell real and personal property; and do all necessary acts for the decedent’s estate.

Notice is also given that (subject to Minn. Stat.§ 523.3-801) all creditors having claims against the estate arc required to present claims to a personal representative, to the attorney for the personal representative, or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
