NOTICE OF

PUBLIC HEARING 

The Lynden Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on June 28, 2016 at 7:00 PM at the Lynden Town Hall, 21367 County Road 44, Clearwater MN 55320 to consider modification of an existing conditional use permit as a result of a variance application submitted by Ruff’s Pet Resort to increase the number of animals kept on a boarding kennel property. The applicant is requesting an increase to 250 animals. No more than 40 animals are allowed according to Stearns County Zoning Ordinance #439 Section 6.32.1 F.(1) adopted by reference as Lynden Township Ordinance #7. The subject property is ID #19.10313.0015 and described as 10.00 A. W2SE4SW4, Section 9, Township 122, Range 27, with a property address of 1120 County Road 46, Clearwater, MN 55320.
