RECEIPT AND OPENING OF PROPOSALS: Sealed proposals for the work described below will be received at the Office of the City Administrator, City of Clearwater, 605 County Road 75, Clearwater, MN 55320 until 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:The work includes the construction of approximately:
8,085 SY Reclaim Bituminous Pavement 2,685 LF Watermain
3,051 CY Common Excavation 23 EACH Water Services
1,050 CY Topsoil Borrow 5,170 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter
4,032 TON Aggregate Base CL5 750 SY Erosion Control Blanket
2,215 TON Bituminous Pavement 5,250 LB Hydraulic Soil Stabilization
420 SY Concrete Pavement
together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications.
COMPLETION OF WORK: All work under the Contract must be complete by October 25, 2019.

OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby.

ANNUAL MEETING
MARCH 12, 2019
Notice is hereby given to the qualified votes of Clearwater Township, county of Wright, State of Minnesota that the Annual Meeting for the Clearwater Township will be held on March 12, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. at the town hall located at 15015 State Hwy 24. In case of inclement weather, the meeting will be held on March 19, 2019.
The budget for general town revenue, road & bridge, and fire protection will be discussed and voted on at this annual meeting.
