AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FEE SCHEDULE
FOR THE CITY OF CLEARWATER
The City Council of the City of Clearwater, Minnesota, ordains as follows:
Section 1. Amendment of Fee Schedule. The City Fee Schedule is hereby amended as follows:
Parks and Recreation
Clearwater Wayside Archery Park – 3D Target Rental $5/day $100 security deposit. Rental Waiver Required
Licensing and Permits
Right-of-Way Permit Failure to Obtain Fine – $500 Plus $150 for Permit
Section 2. Effective Date of Ordinance. This ordinance shall be effective from and after its final passage, approval, and publication as provided by law.

Lynden Township
Request For Proposals
GENERAL ROAD MAINTENANCE
Written proposals will be received by Lynden Township Clerk until Friday, September 7, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. for General Road Maintenance—excluding Snowplowing and sanding--for Lynden Township, Stearns County, Minnesota.
The Proposals shall be for the furnishing of equipment, labor and materials for general road maintenance of all township roads (40.1 miles), both gravel and bituminous surfaces. Equipment, labor and materials are for general road maintenance activities to include but not limited to shoulder maintenance and repair; ditch mowing and roadside trimming of trees and branches; gravel grading, hauling, spreading, dumping and packing of existing road surfaces or using township provided gravel or other road maintenance materials; culvert cleaning, maintenance or repair, removal or installation, and other related activities and other duties as assigned.
The Proposals shall be submitted on business letterhead, signed by the person completing the proposal, and include the completed Exhibits A & B on the forms provided from the Township website at www.lyndentownship.net. Proposals shall be in a sealed envelope labeled “Proposal for GENERAL ROAD MAINTENANCE” and may be delivered by U.S. mail, other carrier, or submitted in person and shall be addressed to:

Proposals will be opened and reviewed at the Lynden Township Hall located at 21367 County Road 44, Clearwater MN 55320 on Monday, September 10, 2017, at or about 7:30pm during the regular Town Board meeting.
Proposals submitted in other forms or formats may be rejected by the Town Board; electronic submissions of proposals will not be accepted. Proposals received by the Town Clerk after the time set for receiving bids shall be returned unopened. The Township Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or any portion thereof for any or no reason and to waive any irregularities.
