NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN a public hearing will be held at the Clear Lake City Hall building located at 7684 1st Ave West for the purpose of considering granting a variance to John Knoebel, to build a new garage parcel ID # 70-077-3300 in the City of Clear Lake. Knoebel is requesting a 200 square foot variance. Any persons wishing to make public comment on this request may do so in person at the hearing or in writing to the city clerk. Written comments must be received prior to the hearing date.
