Notice and Order for Hearing

Bremer Bank, N.A., formerly known as doing business as Bremer Trust, N.A., as Petitioner, having filed its Petition for Approval of Distribution and Appointment of Successor Individual Trustee and for other relief.

The hearing will be held telephonically or via Zoom video conference at the Court’s direction. The Court will notify the petitioner prior to the hearing of further information regarding remotely attending this hearing. Any other interested person who wishes to attend the hearing must contact the court by telephone prior to the day of the hearing so that arrangements may be made for that person’s appearance.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that notice of the hearing shall be given by publishing a copy of this Order one time, at least twenty days before the date of such hearing, in Patriot News MN, LLC, a legal newspaper for Sherburne County, Minnesota, and by mailing a copy of this Order to those beneficiaries of the trust who are known to or reasonably ascertainable by the Petitioner or to any other person requesting notice at least fifteen days before the date of such hearing.

Any objection to the relief sought must be made in writing and filed with the court prior to the date of the hearing.
