Request for Proposals

Residential Waste Hauler

Notice is hereby given that the City of Clearwater requests proposals from waste haulers to enter into an exclusive city-wide service contract for residential and public facility solid waste removal and recycling.  Please contact Clearwater City Hall for a detailed proposal packet, if interested.  Proposals will be accepted until Monday, April 5, 2021 at 4:30 p.m.  Following committee review, the City Council will consider proposals at their meeting Monday, April 12, 2021.  Notification will be sent out if an in-person presentation is requested by the City Council.  The city reserves the right to reject any or all offers received, and to select the proposal that best meets the needs of the city.
