A REZONING FOR 340 S WALNUT STREET, PARCEL 104-011-002020
Notice is hereby given that the Clearwater Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on February 16, 2021 remotely at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider a request by Morgan Nicka. The request is for a Rezoning from an L-1 (Light Industrial) to a C-4 (General Commercial) to allow a Herbalife Nutrition Club at 340 Walnut Street, (PID 104011002020). Legal description available at City Hall upon request.
