NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Clearwater, County of Wright and Stearns, State of Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on FEBRUARY 16TH, 2021, AT 7:00 VIA ZOOM CONFERENCE for the purpose of receiving written and oral comments from the public on THE CONSIDERATION OF AMENDING CHAPTER 117-ZONING, ARTICLE VIII, SEC. 117-1127 (FENCES), OF THE CITY CODE, WITH EMPHASIS ON PLASTIC WEBBING AS AN ALLOWABLE FENCE MATERIAL.
