NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR
AN EASEMENT VACATION FOR
CLEARWATER ESTATES 9TH ADDITION
Notice is hereby given that the Clearwater City Council will hold a public hearing on September 13, 2021 at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider a request by Mike Gohman. The request is for an easement vacation to vacate an existing drainage and utility easement in Clearwater Estates to allow a new easement to be dedicated with the Clearwater Estates 9th Addition plat. (PIDs 104019000090, 104022000012, 104022000011 and 1040190000052)

All persons wishing to speak on this item will be heard. Comments may be submitted in writing prior to the meeting.
