Notice of Intent to Include Property

in Orderly Annexation Area

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clearwater City Council and the Clearwater Township Board of Supervisors will each consider adoption of a joint Orderly Annexation Agreement at the next regular meeting of each Board.

The Clearwater Town Board of Supervisors will meet Monday, October 4, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 15015 State Hwy 24, Clearwater, Minnesota.

The Clearwater City Council will meet Monday, October 11, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 605 County Rd 75, Clearwater, Minnesota.

The properties to be included in the Orderly Annexation Area which will be subject to the terms of the Orderly Annexation Agreement are depicted on the attached map.
