TITLE AND SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE 2023-01

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY’S FEE SCHEDULE

The City Council of the City of Clearwater, Minnesota, Counties of Wright and Stearns, does hereby amend the City’s fee schedule ordinance for 2023 effective January 1, 2023.  Shown here is a summary of the changes.

• Increased the per meeting cost for a Special Meeting of a Board/Commission to $500 per meeting.
• Eliminated the annual Business Registration fee of $25.
• Increased water and sewer rates 5-6%.
• Increased refuse rates $0.50.
• Reduced Minor Subdivision Application Fee to $200 and the escrow to $1,000.
