SUMMARY PUBLICATION
On September 12, 2022, the Clearwater City Council approved Ordinance No. 2022-07, Approval of Rezoning for Property to be platted as Lot 2, Block 1, Central Minnesota Cold Storage. The ordinance rezones certain property described in the ordinance to the city’s I-1 district to accommodate a proposed cold storage development, although such rezoning is conditioned on final approval and recordation of the Central Minnesota Cold Storage plat. Said plat includes Wright County PIDs #204-100-034103 and #204-100-034400. The full text of the ordinance is available for inspection at City Hall during regular business hours.
