NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR A VARIANCE.

Notice is hereby given that the Clearwater Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on October 25, 2022 at City Hall, 605 County Road 75 NW at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider a request by Pat Briggs. The request is for a variance related to parking and the trash enclosure location for an apartment building proposed to be constructed at 845 Ash Street (PID# 104500344407 and 104500353312).
