NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR

A REZONING AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

FOR ADROIT PROPERTIES, INC.

Notice is hereby given that the Clearwater Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on April 26, 2022 at City Hall, 605 County Road 75 NW at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider a request by Adroit Properties, Inc. The request is for a Rezoning of parcels 204100013400, 204100122100 and a Conditional Use Permit to allow a truck transportation facility to be constructed at PID 204100013400.
