NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT BY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (PUD-CUP).

Notice is hereby given that the Clearwater Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on September 6th, 2022 at City Hall, 605 County Road 75 NW at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider a request by Pat Briggs. The request is for a planned unit development by conditional use permit to allow a 60-unit apartment building to be constructed at 845 Ash Street (PID# 104500344407 and 104500353312).

All persons wishing to speak on this item will be heard. Comments may be submitted in writing prior to the meeting.
