AN ORDINANCE REVISING SECTION 2.19 OF
CHAPTER 2 IN CITY CODE PROVIDING FOR FEES
RELATED TO LICENSING.
The following official summary of the ordinance referred to has been approved by the City Council of Becker as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the amendments.

Subd. 2. Fees Relating to Licensing, Administrative Citations, Miscellaneous, Property, Utilities and Services. A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall any Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

This ordinance revises the City Fee Schedule in the City of Becker Code Book to revise the authority references for citations, separate junk and refuse storage citations and add a prohibited burning citation.
