AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 10.03, 10.04, 10.08, 10.10, 10.21, 10.26 and 10.29 IN CHAPTER 10, PUBLIC PROTECTION, CRIMES AND OFFENSES, OF CITY CODE

This ordinance updates the use and furnishing of tobacco and dangerous weapons and articles to reflect changes to state statute, includes change to procedure for notices of citations to protect personal information, includes changes to citation listings, includes referencing state statue for list of synthetic cannabis, removes references in property maintenance referenced elsewhere in code, includes additional noise control regulations and includes miscellaneous spelling and formatting corrections.

A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall any Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
