AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 11.31 SUBDIVISION 3, SECTION 11.40 SUBDIVISIONS 2 AND 5, SECTION 11.41 SUBDIVISION 5, AND SECTION 11.51 SUBDIVISION 3 OF CHAPTER 11 LAND USE REGULATION IN THE CITY OF BECKER ZONING ORDINANCE.

Subd. 3. Conditional Uses
This ordinance revises the conditional uses in the Industrial Park and Agricultural Zoning Districts to include livestock feeding yards, slaughtering of animals, and stock yards. This ordinance also revises the height of primary and accessory structures in the Highway Commercial and Community Commercial Zoning Districts of the City of Becker. This ordinance also revises the allowed uses in the Community Commercial Zoning District to include Food Processing.
A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall any Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
