Ordinance No. 244, 2nd Series Summary

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 9.03, 9.10 AND 9.21 IN CHAPTER 9, PARKING REGULATIONS,
OF CITY CODE

The following official summary of the ordinance referred to has been approved by the City Council of Becker as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the amendments.

Section 9.03  Specific Parking Prohibitions

Section 9.10  Parking Hours

Section 9.21  Paring Rules in City Parking Lots and Ramps

This ordinance corrects a punctuation error, removes it being unlawful for a person to remove a mark placed on a tire for measuring length of time parked and removes it being unlawful to park or leave standing a vehicle backed into a parking place.

A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall any Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
