City Of Becker Notice Of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Becker Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday April 24, 2017 at the Becker City Hall, 12060 Sherburne Avenue.  The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings at this meeting:
6:00 p.m. – Alicia and Justin Palmer has requested a variance to the side yard setback to allow for a driveway extension at the property located at 13870 Central Avenue.
Immediately following 6:00pm Public Hearing – Kwik Trip Inc. has requested a conditional use permit amendment to allow for a convenience store with fuel sales on the property identified as parcel 60-454-0115, that part of Lot 2, Block 1, DK Becker Addition, lying Southeasterly of the Northwesterly 250 feet thereof.
Anyone interested in this issues is encouraged to attend and comment at the Public Hearing. If you are unable to attend please provide written comment to Marie Pflipsen at P.O. Box 250, Becker, MN  55308 or by e-mail to mpflipsen@ci.becker.mn.us by 4:30 p.m. April 24th, 2017.
