NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Becker Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, November 29, 2021, at the Becker City Hall, 12060 Sherburne Avenue. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings at this meeting:
Approximately 6:00 p.m. Public Hearing: Preliminary Plat of River Oaks Estates Third Addition. Applicant and owner, Avalon Homes, LLC has submitted an application for a Preliminary Plat for the replat of seven existing parcels into four parcels. The properties are identified as Lots 19-25, Block 3 River Oaks Estates, Sherburne County, Minnesota.
Following the above Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit Application for a drive-through coffee shop and potential future bar. Applicant, Jessica Treptau, has submitted an application for a Conditional Use Permit for the property located at 14083 Bank St SE and identified as PID #60-406-0350.
Following the above public hearings: Chapter 11 C-COM, C- HWY, AG, and I-PRK Zoning Code Amendments to the City of Becker Land Use Regulation (Zoning) ordinance. Edits proposed include Zoning District language changes regarding food processing in Chapter 11 Section 11.40 (C-COM) Subdivisions 2 and 5, Section 11.41 (C-HWY) Subdivisions 2 and 5. Edits also include Zoning District language changes regarding livestock feeding yards, slaughtering of animals or stock yards in Chapter 11 Section 11.31 (AG) Subdivision 3 and Section 11.51 (I-PRK) Subdivision 3.
