CITY OF BECKER
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Becker Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, September 27th, 2021 at the Becker City Hall, 12060 Sherburne Avenue, Becker, MN 55308. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings at this meeting:
Approximately 6:00 p.m. – Public Hearing for a Variance Application for fence located on a property in the City of Becker. Applicant and owner, Brady Hannon, has submitted an application for a variance to the maximum front yard fence height for a fence on the property located at 13806 Field Street SE and identified as PID# 60-404-0855.
Approximately 6:01 p.m. – Public Hearing for a Variance Application for a proposed pavilion at Snuffy’s Landing. The City of Becker Public Works Department submitted an application for a variance to the minimum City Floodplain, Shoreland and Wild and Scenic Overlay District setbacks for a proposed pavilion to be located at Snuffy’s Landing in Becker on the property located at 12812 115th Ave SE and identified as PID# 60-202-2102.
Approximately 6:02 p.m. – Public Hearing for Chapter 11 Zoning Ordinance Amendments including the following sections: 11.02, 11.20, and 11.71. Amendments include changes to driveway standards, specifically redefining certain materials and combining design standards, removal of language regarding restrictions on pole sheds, and adjustment of language regarding upgrades and new equipment on existing wireless telecommunication facilities.
