CITY OF BECKER

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the City of Becker Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, April 26, 2021 at the Becker City Hall, 12060 Sherburne Avenue.  The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearing at this meeting:  

Approximately 6:00 p.m.: Public Hearing for an Interim Use Permit on a property located in the City of Becker. Applicant, Becker Youth Baseball, and owner, City of Becker, has submitted an application for an Interim Use Permit for the property known as the Becker Athletic Complex (PID 60-483-0110) in order to temporarily place a shipping container for equipment storage on the above described property for a period of no longer than nine (9) months in the City of Becker.

Following the above public hearing: Public Hearing for Chapter 11 T-Town Zoning Code Amendments to the City of Becker Land Use Regulation (Zoning) ordinance. Edits proposed include T-Town Zoning District language changes in Chapter 11 Section 11.42 Subdivisions 4-9.

Following the above public hearing: Public Hearing for Chapter 11 Home Occupation Code Amendments to the City of Becker Land Use Regulation (Zoning) ordinance. Proposed edits include Chapter 11 Sections 11.02, 11.31 Subd. 3J, 11.32 Subd. 3C, 11.33 Subd. 3E, 11.35 Subd. 2E, 11.38 Subd. 3D. Adjacent sections may be renumbered as space is made for an Interim Use Section in Zoning Districts.
