Notice is hereby given that the City of Becker Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, March 29, 2021 at the Becker City Hall, 12060 Sherburne Avenue.  The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearing at this meeting:  

Approximately 6:00 p.m.: Public Hearing for a Conditional Use Permit and Preliminary and Final Plat. Owner and applicant, Doug Foss, has submitted an application for a Preliminary Plat, and Final Plat for a two (2) lot plat. The properties to be platted are located at:

14225 Central Ave SE (Identified as PID# 60-131-4240 and legally described as: All that part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W l/2 of SE l/4) of Section 31, Township 34, Range 28 described as beginning at a point on the North line thereof a distance of 1098.4 feet East of the Northwest corner thereof; thence South at right angles to said North line a distance of 290.4 feet; thence East parallel with said North line to intersect the East line of said West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W l/2 of SE l/4); thence North along said East line to the Northeast corner of said West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W l/2 of SE l/4); thence West to the point of beginning except the East Thirty (30) feet thereof, Sherburne County, Minnesota.)

AND

at the corner of Riley Ave and Central Ave SE (Identified as PID #60-131-4241 AND legally described as: East 30 feet of the North 290.40 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 31, Township 34, Range 28, Sherburne County, Minnesota.)

The properties are currently zoned Residential Single Family (R-1).  The proposed use of the resulting lots is single family residential.
