Notice is hereby given that the Becker Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday June 30, 2014 at the Becker City Hall, 12060 Sherburne Avenue. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearing at this meeting:
6:00 p.m.: Lynn and Jeanne Cox Variance Public Hearings. Lynn and Jeanne Cox, applicants and owners, have submitted an application for a variance to the side yard setback for a primary structure in the single family zoning district. The 3.5 foot variance requested would allow the owners to build an addition to their existing attached garage extending the side wall at the same setback the current garage is. The affected property is located at 14049 Lee Street, in the City of Becker.
Anyone interested in this issue is encouraged to attend and comment at the Public Hearing. If you are unable to attend please provide written comment to Kelli Bourgeois at P.O.
