Notice is hereby given that the Becker Planning Commission will hold two public hearings beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Monday August 29th, 2016 at Becker City Hall, 12060 Sherburne Avenue.

6:00 pm – Kwik Trip Inc. has requested a conditional use permit amendment for the property located at 12950 Rolling Ridge Road, to allow for a building addition/ remodel and new fueling canopy.

Immediately Following 6:00pm Public Hearing – To receive public comment concerning opting out of the requirements of Minnesota State Statute section 462.3593, for Temporary Heath Care Dwellings
