ORDINANCE NO. 2021-07

AMENDING CLEARWATER ZONING MAP

THE CITY OF CLEARWATER HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:

The Clearwater Zoning Map, referenced in City Code Part II, Chapter 117, Article III, Section 117-330 – Zoning Map is hereby amended to reflect the rezoning of the following parcels:

• PID 104-010-029020 rezoned from R-6 to R-1
• PID 104-011-002020 rezoned from l-1 to C-4
• PID 104-041-001010 rezoned from R-1 to PUD
• PID 104-500-031402 township parcel combined with this parcel by annexation.

Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and publication, which is hereby authorized by the City Council.
