ORDINANCE NO. 2021-06
AMENDING CHAPTER 117 ARTICLE XII
OF THE CLEARWATER CITY CODE
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
City Code Part II, Chapter 117, Article XII – Signs is hereby amended as follows:
The following section which reads:
Section 117-1250 – SIGNS EXEMPT FROM PERMIT
- Exemptions specified by type.
(8) Flags of the United States, the state, the city, foreign nations having diplomatic relations with the United States, and any other flag adopted or sanctioned by an elected legislative body of competent jurisdiction.
is hereby repealed and replaced with the following:
Section 117-1250 – SIGNS EXEMPT FROM PERMIT
- Exemptions specified by type.
(8) Flags.
Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and publication, which is hereby authorized by the City Council.
