ORDINANCE NO. 2021-05
AMENDING CHAPTER 38 ARTICLE III
OF THE CLEARWATER CITY CODE
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
City Code Part 1, Chapter 38, Article III – Sewers and Sewage Disposal is hereby amended as follows:
Section 38-76 – DEFINITIONS – “Joint Powers Agreement” is amended to read:
Joint powers agreement means the agreement between the cities of Clear Lake, Minnesota and Clearwater, Minnesota dated January 8, 2018 or as subsequently amended, which governs the shared wastewater disposal system serving the two cities. A copy of the agreement can be obtained from the Sewer Authority Director.
Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and publication, which is hereby authorized by the City Council.
