TITLE AND SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE 2021-09

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY’S FEE SCHEDULE

The City Council of the City of Clearwater, Minnesota, Counties of Wright and Stearns, does hereby amend the City’s fee schedule ordinance effective July 1, 2021.  Shown here is a summary of the changes.

• Added a cleaning fee to Lions Park pavilion rentals.
• Modified the reservation fees for park facilities (ball fields, rink, etc.)
• Reduced the Business Registration fee to $20.
• Increased monthly water base fees and metered rates by 2%.
