I.    CALL TO ORDER
The Special Meeting of the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 727, Big Lake Schools was called to order on April 6, 2022.
II.    ROLL CALL
All Board members were present.
III.    CITY OF BIG LAKE UPDATE
Hannah Klimmek presented a City of Big Lake update
IV.    APPROVE STAFFING RECOMMENDATIONS FOR 2022-2023
A motion passed to approve the staffing recommendations as presented.
V.    STRATEGIC PLANNING DISCUSSION
Superintendent Truebenbach reviewed dates for strategic planning meetings.
VI.    ANNOUNCE CLOSED SESSION
Chair Reasoner announced the closed session for Superintendent Truebenbach’s evaluation.
VII.    ADJOURNMENT
A motion passed to adjourn the meeting.
