NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Becker Township Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 9, 2022 at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street. The Planning Commission will meet to consider the following application(s) and other planning and zoning related topics. Beginning at approximately 7:01 p.m. and following:
Public hearing for Becker Joint Planning Board Ordinance Amendments as follows: Amending section 8.03, General Rural Conditional Uses to add Public Facilities within the Becker Joint Planning Zoning Ordinance.
Public hearing for Becker Public School District, Applicant/Owner, Preliminary Plat Application. The owner/applicant has submitted a Preliminary Plat Application for the land located at parcel identified as 05-129-1201 located in Section 29, Township 34, Range 28 (immediate SE intersection of 150th AVE SE and 107th ST SE) for purposes of building the Becker Schools Transportation Facility.
Public hearing for Becker Public School District, Applicant/Owner, Conditional Use Permit Application. The owner/applicant has submitted a conditional use permit application to have a School Bus Transportation Facility located at parcel identified as 05-129-1201 located in Section 29, Township 34, Range 28 (immediate SE intersection of 150th AVE SE and 107th ST SE).
