NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON VACATION OF A PORTION OF THE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG THE SOUTH PORTION OF LOT 9, BLOCK 1, EAGLES LANDING PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES §412.851 AND §462.358
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held before the Becker Town Board on October 18, 2021 at the Becker Town Hall located at 12165 Hancock. Street, Becker MN at 7:00 pm to consider the proposed vacation of a portion of the drainage and utility easement along the south portion of Lot 9, Block 1, Eagles Landing as petitioned by the property owner.
All parties interested in this issue are invited to attend and comment. If you are unable to attend, please provide written comment to the Town Clerk at PO Box 248, Becker MN 55308 or clerk@beckertownship.org. All written comments are due by 4:00 pm on October 18th.
