Becker Town Planning Commission NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Becker Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, December 14th, 2020.  If the Peacetime State of Emergency/pandemic situation allows, the meeting will take place at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street and Zoom Meeting Access will be available for those unable to attend in person.  If meeting at the Town Hall will not be possible, the Planning Commission will meet via ZOOM meeting.  The call in/video information is on the township website and posted at Township Hall and Becker City Hall.

The Town Planning Commission will hold the following public hearing: 

7:01 p.m.  Shannon Barthel & Gail Wilkinson Irrevocable Trust & Tom Barthel, Boundary Line Adjustment Application.  Shannon Barthel, applicants and Gail Wilkinson Irrevocable Trust and Tom Barthel, owners, have submitted a Boundary Line Adjustment application requesting to adjust the boundary line between their properties located at 18441 67thStreet SE, Becker, MN and property with parcel identification of 05-102-1100 located in S2, T24N, R28W of Becker Township.

Anyone interested in this request is encouraged to attend either in person or virtually depending on how events unfold and comment at the Public Hearing.  If you are unable to attend please provide written comment to Lucinda Messman at P.O. Box 248, Becker, MN  55308 or by e-mail to clerk@beckertownship.org by 4:30 pm on December 14th, 2020.
