Notice is hereby given that the City of Becker Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, February 24, 2014 at Becker City Hall, 12060 Sherburne Avenue. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings at this meeting:
6:00 p.m.: City of Becker Zoning Map Update. The City of Becker has updated the Zoning Map as part of their recent Comprehensive Plan update. A public hearing is being held to hear comments and take final action on the map update.
6:15 p.m.: Matt Westin Rezone Request Public Hearing. Matt Westin, applicant, and Tim Johnson and Hans and Marie Sandbo, owners, have submitted an application to rezone the properties located at 12122 Ramsey Street, 12110 and 12112 Ramsey Street from Single Family Residential to Multi-Family Residential. The requested rezones would allow for the existing house at 12122 to become a duplex and for a multi-tenant building to be built on property at 12112 Ramsey Street.
