ORDINANCE 2021-06

An Ordinance Rezoning Property Located at 14975 River Street Southeast from Agriculture (AG) General Rural (GR)

The Becker Joint Planning Board so ordains:

Section 1.

The Official Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Map shall be amended as follows:

That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE-1/4 of NW-1/4) of Section Five (5), Township 33, Range 28, described as follows: 

Commencing at a point on the West line of the said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE-1/4 of NW-1/4), a distance of 272.14 feet South of the Northwest corner thereof; thence South 89 deg. 20' 12" East and parallel with the North line of the said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE-1/4 of NW-1./4) a distance of 237. 29 feet; thence South 68 deg. 1’ 44” East a distance of 375 feet to the point of beginning of the tract to be described; thence North 35 deg. East to the intersection with the North line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE-1/4 of NW-1/4); thence Easterly along said North line to the intersection thereof with a line running parallel with the East line of the said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE-1/4 of the NW-1/4) and 350 feet distant West thereof; thence South on and said parallel line to the intersection with a line running South 68 deg. 1' 44" East and through the point of beginning; thence North 68 deg. 1’ 44” West to the point of beginning.

Shall be rezoned General Rural (GR) from Agriculture (AG).

Section 2.  Effective Date.

This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication.
