An Ordinance Rezoning Property Located at 14933 River Street Southeast from Agriculture (AG) General Rural (GR)
The Becker Joint Planning Board so ordains:
Section 1.
The Official Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Map shall be amended as follows:
That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 33, Range 28, Sherburne County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at a point on the west line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter distant 272.14 feet south of the northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence South 89 degrees 20 minutes 12 seconds East parallel with the north line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, a distance of 237.29 feet; thence South 68 degrees 01 minutes 44 seconds East, a distance of 375 feet to the point of beginning of the tract to be described; thence North 35 degrees East to the intersection with the north line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence easterly along said north line to the intersection of a line parallel with the east line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and 350 feet distant west thereof; thence south along said parallel line to the intersection with a line running South 68 degrees 0 l minutes 44 seconds East and through the point of beginning; thence North 68 degrees 01 minutes 44 seconds West to the point of beginning.
Together with an easement for driveway purposes over and across the west 33 feet of the North 272.14 feet of the said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; and over and across a strip of land 33 feet in width the south line of which is described as follows: Commencing at a point on the west line of the said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 5, 272.14 feet south of the northwest corner thereof; thence east parallel with the north line of the said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, a distance of 237.29 feet; thence southeasterly on a line terminating at a point on the east line of said Northeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter 695.66 feet south of the northeast corner thereof to a point 350 feet west of said east line and there terminating.
Shall be rezoned General Rural (GR) from Agriculture (AG).
Section 2. Effective Date.
This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication.
