An Ordinance Rezoning Property Located at 14879 River Street Southeast from Agriculture (AG) to General Rural (GR)
The Becker Joint Planning Board so ordains:
Section 1.
The Official Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Map shall be amended as follows:
EXHIBIT A
That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 33, Range 28, described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence South 02 degrees 27 minutes 22 seconds West on and along the West line of the said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 272.14 feet; thence South 89 degrees 20 minutes 12 seconds East and parallel with the North line of the said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 237.29 feet; thence South 68 degrees 01 minutes 44 seconds East a distance of 225 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence North and parallel to the West line of the said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter to the North line thereof; thence East along the North line to a point on said North line distant 861.19 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence South 35 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West 494.55 feet; thence North 68 degrees 01 minutes 44 seconds West to the point of beginning.
Together with an easement for driveway purposes over and across the West 33 feet of the North 272.14 feet of the said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; and over and across a strip of land 33 feet in width the South line of which is described as follows: Commencing at a point of the West line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 5, 272. 14 feet South of the Northwest corner thereof; thence East parallel with the North line of the said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 237.29 feet; thence South 68 degrees, 01 minutes, 44 seconds East a distance of 375 feet and there terminating.
An ingress and egress easement over and across that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 33, Range 28, Sherburne County. Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at a point on the West line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter distant 272.14 feet South of the Northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence South 89 degrees 20 minutes 12 seconds East parallel with the North line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, a distance of 237.29 feet; thence South 68 degrees 01 minutes 44 seconds East, a distance of 375 feet; thence North 35 degrees East to the North line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter being the point of beginning of the easement to be described; thence South 35 degrees West, a distance of 180.I feet; thence North 63 degrees 35 minutes 33 seconds East, a distance of 184.84 feet; thence North 43 degrees 14 minutes 27 seconds West, a distance of 90.35 feet to the point of beginning.
Shall be rezoned General Rural (GR) from Agriculture (AG).
Section 2. Effective Date.
This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication.
