AMENDMENT TO THE SHERBURNE COUNTY

 ZONING ORDINANCE NO 002

ORD NO – 249

The Sherburne County Board of Commissioners adopted ORD NO 249 by amending the Sherburne County Zoning Ordinance as it relates to Conditions for Contractor’s Yard including amendments to:

Section 16.2, Interim Use Permits, Subd 5.8, A.3: Conditions for “Contractor’s Yard” to remove the maximum number of commercially licensed motorized vehicles and maximum number of full time employees and establish these through the Interim Use Permit.   

This provision was passed by the Sherburne County Board of Commissioners on the Nineteenth day of January, 2021.   A complete copy of this Zoning Ordinance Amendment is available for viewing at the Sherburne County Planning and Zoning Office, 13880 Business Center Drive, Elk River, MN, and is duly filed with the Sherburne County Auditor upon the publication of its enactment.
