Notice is given that a petition has been filed requesting that the Estate assets be summarilyassigned and distributed without probate administration.

The petition also requests the probate of an instrument purporting to be the Decedent’s last will

dated August 24, 2007.

Any objections to the petition must be filed with this Court prior to the hearing or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections or claims are filed or raised, the Court may issue a decree distributing or assigning the Estate’s assets.

It is Ordered and Notice is now given that the Petition will be heard on 5/27/202 at 2:10 pm by this Court at the Sherburne County Government Center, located at 13880 Business Center Drive NW, Elk River, MN 55330.
